"Pakistan News" Pakistan releases 5 Indian spies

"Pakistan News" Pakistan released five Indian prisoners involved in espionage on completion of their sentences and ordered the discharge of three. On Wednesday, judge Athar Minallah within the Islamabad supreme court heard the petitions filed for the discharge of Indian nationals imprisoned in Pakistan, where the govt submitted its port. The report of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the difficulty of Indian prisoners involved in terrorism and espionage in Pakistan said that Pakistan has released 5 Indian prisoners and sent them back to India. He said that an Indian citizen didn't want to return despite serving his sentence but was deported while the prisoners who wanted to return home weren't sent. Deputy Attorney General Tayyab Shah said that three more Indians In his remarks, judge Athar Minallah said that when the sentence is completed, then how are you able to keep them in further custody, which the Deputy Attorney General said. Some of the talks between the Review Board .The court inquired on where the review board came from when the sentence was completed. If they need completed the sentence, send them back. An application for release was also disposed of and therefore the case was adjourned till November 5 .
